The Role
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a varied and interesting caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and more. You will take on direct client responsibility from day one, with the support of an experienced team around you.
You will also be encouraged to play a key role in business development and building relationships with local agents, referrers and longstanding clients. For the right person, this role is the gateway to partnership and a seat at the table.
About You

• 
  Experienced residential conveyancer, ideally 5+ years' PQE or equivalent
• 
  Confident in running your own caseload with minimal supervision
• 
  Strong client care and communication skills
• 
  Entrepreneurial outlook and interest in business development
• 
  Leadership qualities and the ambition to take on a long-term, strategic role
