The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm's brand-new West End, London office.

The firm is a bit of a dark horse for the real estate work that they do. They don't shout from the rooftops about the work that they do and the clients that they work with. However, they have a bustling and vibrant employment department that works with a broad client base.

You will work as part of a highly skilled Residential Property team.

You will deal with a broad palette of work, which will make for an interesting caseload, this will include but not be limited to; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least years 6+ PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• This role comes with excellent prospects due to departmental growth
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience
