Residential Property Senior Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded and specialist property practice in South West London. The Role:
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload including:

• Prime and high-value residential sales and purchases
• Leasehold and freehold transactions
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• Development site acquisitions and plot sales

You will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrate technical precision, and contribute meaningfully to the continued success and reputation of the property team.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor with 6+ years' PQE in residential property
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex or high-value transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A practical, commercial approach and ability to work independently
• A collaborative and personable attitude
• Experience in new build or development work is desirable but not essential
