The Role:
The firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their Portsmouth office on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll join a highly respected property team known throughout Hampshire for handling high-quality work.
Your caseload will cover a broad range of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, mortgages and remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, help-to-buy schemes, lease extensions, and residential lettings for landlords, tenants, new builds, and plot sales.
As the firm continues to grow, you'll have opportunities to advance within the team and participate in business development initiatives to further build your market presence.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, or equivalent
• Strong technical expertise across a variety of conveyancing matters
• Excellent communication and a collaborative working style
