The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with around 4-8 years' PQE to take on a varied and interesting caseload within a supportive and well-respected team.

You will handle a range of high-value and complex residential property matters including:

• Sales and purchases of prime London and country properties
• Leasehold and freehold transactions
• Refinancing and secured lending
• Transfers of equity and declarations of trust
• Title investigations and drafting bespoke reports

The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with senior colleagues, build relationships with an established client base, and contribute to the continued success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Running your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
• Supporting partners and colleagues on complex transactions
• Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
• Staying up to date with relevant legal developments

The Ideal Candidate

• 4-8+ years' PQE in residential property law from a reputable City or West End firm
• Experience dealing with HNW individuals and complex transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• A strong team player, willing to contribute to the firm's culture and ethos
