A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to join a highly regarded property team at a respected regional law firm. This position is based in the firm's London office and offers excellent exposure to high-quality residential conveyancing work, supportive supervision, and genuine long-term career prospects within a friendly and professional environment.

The Role:


Based in central London, you will assist with and manage a busy and varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:


  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Remortgages and transfers of equity

  • Help to Buy and new build transactions

  • Lease extensions and enfranchisement

  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors


You will work alongside experienced colleagues, receiving tailored support and mentoring, while being encouraged to take ownership of your files and build client relationships.

Requirements:


  • A qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

  • Solid experience managing a range of residential property matters

  • A proactive and organised approach, with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client care

  • Confidence working independently, with appropriate support

  • A genuine interest in residential property law and client service
