The role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:

• 
  Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
• 
  Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• 
  Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• 
  Acting for landlords, tenants, and investors on residential transactions

You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals, and to collaborate with colleagues across the firm on related matters.

The ideal candidate

• 
  Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years' PQE in residential property
• 
  Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• 
  Excellent client-handling skills with a personable approach
• 
  Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
