The Role

You'll join a busy, well-structured team that handles a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

• 
  Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• 
  New build transactions
• 
  Lease extensions and variations
• 
  Acting for both lenders and borrowers
• 
  Shared ownership and joint ownership matters
• 
  Complex leasehold work, including retirement properties and developments

Working alongside senior solicitors, paralegals and a hands-on partner team, you'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, with the support and systems you need to succeed.

What You'll Bring

• 
  Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• 
  Ideally 1-5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• 
  Confident handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
• 
  Technically strong, with a keen eye for detail and risk management
• 
  Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
• 
  Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing volume work efficiently
• 
  Team-oriented, with a positive, professional approach
