The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. The firm is dedicated to providing a high standard of client care, and you'll be expected to maintain these values while contributing to the department's ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and lease extensions
- Providing top-tier legal services while delivering exceptional client care
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Actively contributing to the firm's growth by developing new client opportunities
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 2 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- A solid track record of handling a variety of residential property transactions
- A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ambition and a desire to contribute to the success and growth of the firm
