The Role

• The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their successful team in Canterbury. The Residential Property team is a recognised leader in the field, serving a prestigious client base of high-net-worth individuals, wealthy families, business owners, and entrepreneurs across London and Kent.
• In this role, you'll handle a diverse and steady caseload, including: Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, Lease extensions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor (no upper limit on PQE; salary will reflect experience)

• Business development skills and a commercial mindset are highly desirable
