The Role

As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will manage a varied and established caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build and shared ownership matters. You will work closely with a highly experienced nationwide residential team, allowing you to further develop your technical skills within a collaborative and respected environment.

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
• You will be a Qualified as a Solicitor
