The Role

• The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including; Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Transfers of equity, Re-mortgages, New build and shared ownership transactions
• You will benefit from a well-established case management system and may receive secretarial support depending on workflow.
• The role involves working with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers and high-net-worth individuals.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer
• Experience in a reputable local or regional law firm
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
• A desire to grow within a collaborative and award-winning team
