Residential Property Solicitor / Surrey (Cobham) / 5+ Years' PQE
An award-winning, well regarded law firm in Surrey is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join its well-established Residential Property team based in Cobham.

The Role
In this position, you will manage a broad and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, and new build and shared ownership transactions. You'll be supported by a streamlined case management system, with secretarial support available depending on workload. The role provides exposure to a diverse client base, ranging from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals.
Based in the Cobham office, you will be part of a welcoming, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment, led by experienced professionals, including a dedicated Head of Residential Property. Candidate Profile
- 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience in a reputable regional or high-street firm
- Confident in handling a diverse caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
