The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll not only deliver a first-class service to clients but also gain exposure to more complex matters that will stretch and enhance your skills.

Beyond the day-to-day, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to business development, strengthen referral networks and play a key role in building long-term client relationships that grow alongside your career.

The Ideal Candidate

• 
  Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in residential property law
• 
  Previous experience handling a range of conveyancing transactions
• 
  Strong grasp of property legislation and conveyancing procedures
• 
  Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• 
  Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to put clients at ease
• 
  Proactive, organised and able to manage deadlines effectively
• 
  Comfortable using case management systems and MS Office tools
