The role
You'll manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Working with a supportive and experienced team, you'll enjoy plenty of client contact and the chance to build strong local relationships while also benefiting from the firm's established referral network.

As part of a growing team, you'll have scope to shape your practice, contribute to business development initiatives, and take on increasing responsibility as your career progresses.

The ideal candidate

• 
  Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in residential property
• 
  Experience handling a broad caseload from instruction to completion
• 
  Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and property law
• 
  Excellent client care and communication skills
• 
  Proactive approach to business development and relationship building
