This very well-regarded London law firm with an impressive reputation across private client and commercial services, is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join their growing team.

This firm is known for its personable culture, high-quality work and strong client relationships across HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices and international investors. The successful candidate will enjoy a broad caseload within a supportive environment that encourages autonomy, excellence and long-term career development!

The Role

You will handle a varied residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• New-build transactions.
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement.
• Transfers of equity and refinancing.
• Complex and high-value matters for domestic and international clients.

You'll work closely with an experienced team, while maintaining responsibility for your own files and client relationships.

About You

• 1-4 years' post-qualification experience in Residential Property.
• Strong technical knowledge and a confident, commercial approach.
• Excellent client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
