The Role:

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Residential Property/Conveyancing Associate 5+ PQE to join their expanding outfit on a fully remote basis.

This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced team. You will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to further develop your knowledge and progress within the team.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, secured lending and more.

The firm has ambitious growth planned over the next 24 months, having hired 30+ people in the past 12 months.

They have aspirations to become a Top 100 ranked firm within the next year.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property/Conveyancing Associate with 5+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport
