The Role
Due to growth the firm is now looking for an Associate to join the team in Manchester, with a focus on non-contentious matters.
This role will involve advising on all matters relating to the financial or operational restructuring of a corporate entity or group. The role will involve taking a lead on mandates and overseeing work undertaken by junior fee earners.
The Candidate:
You will be an Associate Solicitor with 3 - 6 years PQE and you will have experience in:
- Advising on all aspects relating to the UK corporate insolvency processes;
- Advising on company voluntary arrangements and restructuring plans;
- Advising on transactions out of an insolvency process whether acting for seller or purchaser;
- Providing directors' duties advice and general trading advice for companies in financial difficulties.
