The Role

Working within the experienced and prestigious national team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support some of the most exciting and large-scale restructuring, recovery and insolvency work in the legal sector.

Clients vary from large financial institutions, distressed investors, insolvency practitioners and well-known businesses from a variety of sectors. Work includes providing advice on the full range of R&I matters, including corporate restructurings, distressed M&A, distressed refinancing, and contingency planning.

Working alongside some of the most highly regarded Partners in the field, you will work in a collaborative manner to ensure clients receive the premium service the firm has become renowned for providing.

The successful candidate will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in Restructuring & Insolvency and benefit from a clear progression pathway as the department executes on its exciting growth plan.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has strong experience in non-contentious restructuring & insolvency matters, and a good knowledge of insolvency proceedings
  • Commercial awareness and market understanding
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike
  • Is able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
