The Role:

This is a stand out opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate 2-4 PQE to join this Top 30 City of London firm.

Their practice has strong relationships with some of the top players in the financial-sector and some of the major insolvency practitioners. As well as digital businesses, energy and renewables, real estate & infrastructure, and leisure & hospitality.

The work will include taking on a broad range of stressed and distressed matters including but not limited to; advising on pre-insolvency operational and financial restructuring and turnaround through to insolvency litigation, and enforcement and related commercial litigation. They also do some work in insolvency where required, including company voluntary arrangements, administrations and receiverships/liquidations. Clients range from clearing banks, to corporates, to insolvency practitioners. They also work closely with private equity houses and turnaround professionals, evidencing their broad client base.

Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward meaning you will harness your own client relationships meaning you will become a valuable member of the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 2-4 years PQE in a relevant field.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
