The Role

This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property Senior to join this leading West End firm with an impressive reputation in the market.

This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property Partner who will invest into your future as you work together to grow the department.

You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including;

Development, Acquisitions for development, Commercial Leases, Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
• Ideally with experience from a reputable City/West End based firm or a regional firm with an excellent reputation;
• Experience of dealing with:
• sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance as well as provide property support on corporate transactions;
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent client relations, particularly building up and developing those relationships and an understanding of the range and type of clients this firm act for, which include HNWI and luxury retail brands, and their needs;
• Ability to develop and foster strong and effective relationships with team and clients is essential;
• Proven experience of working collaboratively and as part of a wider team;
• Ability to take on work and run cases without supervision is essential; and
• Self-starter with a drive to succeed and enthusiasm to develop own practice and generate business development ideas.
