Senior Associate - Employment

The Role

You will be advising high-profile commercial clients, including FTSE 100 companies and financial services firms, on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The work is fast-paced and varied, covering areas such as:

• Day-to-day employment queries, including disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave, and working time issues.
• Corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, including business transfers and outsourcing.
• Employment tribunal, civil court, and appellate litigation.
• Collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE.
• Investigations (including regulatory investigations) and strategic compliance projects.

You will be part of a market-leading UK Employment team of over 50 lawyers, collaborating on complex, cross-border matters and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

The Ideal Candidate

• An employment lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive and ambitious mindset, eager to contribute to the growth of the team.
