Are you an experienced Employment Associate or Senior Associate? This prestigious international firm is looking for a driven employment lawyer (4+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Employment team in London.

The Role
You will be advising high-profile commercial clients, including FTSE 100 companies and financial services firms, on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The work is fast-paced and varied, covering areas such as:
- Day-to-day employment queries, including disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family leave, and working time issues.
- Corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, including business transfers and outsourcing.
- Employment tribunal, civil court, and appellate litigation.
- Collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE.
- Investigations (including regulatory investigations) and strategic compliance projects.
You will be part of a market-leading UK Employment team of over 50 lawyers, collaborating on complex, cross-border matters and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
The Ideal Candidate
- An employment lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.
- Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive and ambitious mindset, eager to contribute to the growth of the team.
