The role
As a Senior Associate, you'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload, take a lead role in complex property disputes, and help drive the continued success of this growing team. Your work will include:

• 
  Acting on commercial & residential landlord and tenant disputes
• 
  Managing high-value development disputes, including rights of way, restrictive covenants, and title issues
• 
  Advising on enfranchisement and lease extension matters
• 
  Running possession proceedings and professional negligence claims related to property
• 
  Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of litigators

What we're looking for

• 
  Qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE
• 
  Strong technical expertise and proven experience of running complex cases independently
• 
  A client-focused, pragmatic approach with excellent communication skills
• 
  Ability to develop and strengthen client and referrer relationships
• 
  Interest in supporting team growth and contributing to business development
