The Role

You will work closely with colleagues across the national Real Estate practice. Real Estate as a department underpins the success of the firm. It feeds their successful planning, construction, and real estate disputes practice. Anyone joining this team will be working for a practice who pride themselves as a real estate heavyweight.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting for Corporate Occupiers, including heavyweight retailers, hospitality companies, utility & energy businesses and much more.
• Acting for Landlords in supporting acquisitions and disposals
• Real Estate Finance; leveraging and collaborating with the wider banking team
• Development; if applicable, there is a strong development team which spans various offices. The firm provide expert advice over a broad span of projects nationally

The work is flexible based on specific interests, but due to a significant uptick in work and profile, the firm are keen to consider lawyers from all backgrounds across Real Estate
