The Role

Join this rapidly growing L500 property team and work alongside a Chambers & Partners-recognised Partner on a diverse range of high-value real estate matters, including:

• Land acquisitions, including options and conditional contracts
• Property investment transactions, representing both buyers and sellers in acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing, acting for landlords and tenants in the grant of business leases
• Retail, leisure, and healthcare development, excluding construction
• Ongoing property management, ensuring seamless operations

The Ideal Candidate

• Real Estate Solicitor 5+PQE.
• Can manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients
• Is comfortable engaging in business development activity
• Enjoys a team environment and supporting junior colleagues in their development
• Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current construction law landscape
