The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Rural Land Senior Associate to join this top 70 London law firm.

This role will focus on all aspects of rural property/agricultural estates.

The team's expertise encompasses every aspect of Rural Land and Business, from land sale and purchase to agricultural tenancies, from preserving and protecting mineral rights to tidal river schemes, and from easements between neighbours to multi-million-pound development projects.

Within the role you will not only advise traditional landowners, you will also advise private and commercial investors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor with 6-10 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
