Senior Litigation Solicitor (Civil & Commercial) | 4+ PQE
Predominantly Remote | 1-2 days per week in West Sussex

The Role

This is a senior hire into a busy and expanding Dispute Resolution team. You will take ownership of a varied litigation caseload while helping shape the team as it continues to grow.

The work spans:

• Commercial litigation
• Civil disputes
• Property litigation
• Employment litigation (experience would be preferable but not essential)

You will have significant autonomy, regular client contact and the opportunity to play a visible role in developing relationships and the wider practice. The role can be predominantly remote, with 1-2 days per week in the Haywards Heath office.

About You

• Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
• Strong grounding in civil and commercial litigation
• Personable, confident and comfortable dealing directly with clients
• Commercially minded and ambitious, with an interest in helping grow a practice
• IT savvy and adaptable, comfortable working in a modern, tech-enabled firm
• Well organised, approachable and easy to work with
