The Role

You will have the opportunity to take prominent roles in supporting national and local clients with their most complex and engaging commercial disputes. Progressing matters though to the County and High Court, you will work on a range of advisory and contentious insurance work, including:

- Claims
- Coverage
- Recovery work (particularly in relation to structural defect/ property insurance, product liability and construction risks - (Re)insurance including commercial litigation
- Financial services disputes

The team has an enviable client base and regularly represents a wide range of clients from FTSE250 to high-net-worth individuals that span the full spectrum of sectors, from energy, financial services, technology, transport and more, making for an engaging position.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 4 - 9 years of experience working in Commercial Insurance Litigation
• Commercial focus
• Has strong attention to detail and organisation
• First-rate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
