The role

You'll be trusted to lead on a broad mix of matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Advising on IP, data protection, and digital matters
• Supporting corporate deals with commercial and tech input
• Delivering training to clients and colleagues
• Collaborating across the firm to deliver joined-up advice
