This high-performing yet friendly In House team are looking for a Senior Conflicts Lawyer (with at least 4 years experience) to join their respected General Counsel's office in Birmingham.

The Team:

You will sit within the General Counsel's Office, which has overreaching impact on all aspects of this multinational firm including legal and non legal issues. You work with fellow conflicts lawyers and a team of analysts who will support you resolving business and ethical conflicts that arise.

The Role:

You will proactively support and guide the firm on identifying, navigating and resolving any conflicts and confidentiality issues that arise in legal and non legal running of the business, be that with existing client terms, firm strategy, hiring or reputational risk.

You will enjoy a close working relationship with many other departments, such a Risk and Client Engagement.

The Candidate:

  • You be a qualified Solicitor with 4 years experience gained in an international law firm
  • You will have experience gained across a range of conflict resolution, compliance and risk management.
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
