Senior Conveyancer

Due to increased workflow, they are now seeking to hire a Senior Conveyancer who is looking to move across to an Operations Manager/Director role.

The Role
They are looking for a Senior Conveyancer who is looking to move across to an Operations Manager/Director role.

Within this role you will be responsible for efficient and fast completion of property matters within the bounds of the relevant regulations and requirements.

The role is to have overall responsibility for the operation of the three legal teams and delivery of the financial targets by each team, whilst maintaining professional standards and assisting with resolution of legal issues.

You will also have oversight of the administration, compliance, and finance functions.

Requirements:

• You will have 5+ relevant years of PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will have previous experience in managing a team/department
• Experience in training or mentoring juniors is advantageous
