The Role:

You'll be working closely with the Head of Conveyancing and experienced Residential Property team, supporting a varied caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
• Preparing contracts, handling searches, and liaising with clients and third parties
• Managing post-completion formalities
• Providing excellent client care and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish
• Handling a small caseload independently (if experienced) and assisting the Head of Residential Property with more complex matters

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a conveyancing support role, either as a Conveyancing Assistant or Junior Conveyancer
• Strong knowledge of the residential property process
• Ideally some experience handling a conveyancing caseload independently - fee-earning experience would be highly desirable
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A team player with a proactive approach
