Senior Employment Lawyer | 4+ PQE | Bournemouth

The Role

You'll work on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:

• 
  Advising on contracts, policies, handbooks, and HR processes
• 
  Managing disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring issues
• 
  Handling TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing, and dismissal claims
• 
  Representing clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings
• 
  Supporting executive exits, board-level disputes, and settlement agreements
• 
  Contributing to training, business development, and mentoring initiatives

You'll have exposure to excellent quality work and supported by senior colleagues who encourage progression and provide a collaborative platform for you to grow your profile and client base.

What You'll Bring

• 
  At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
• 
  A strong technical background and the confidence to run your own matters
• 
  Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• 
  A practical, commercially focused mindset
• 
  A genuine interest in supporting and developing others within the team
