Senior Legal Counsel

A leading international company at the forefront of life science innovation, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its growing UK legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact, advising on a wide range of commercial and IP-related matters in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts (e.g. services, collaboration, supply, licence, consultancy and confidentiality agreements).

• Provide clear, practical legal advice to business teams across Commercial, R&D and Operations.

• Identify and manage legal risks while supporting business objectives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including templates, processes and training materials.

• Support the resolution of contractual issues and manage external counsel when required

About You

• Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or another European jurisdiction) with 4+ years PQE.

• Proven experience in-house or in private practice, ideally within life sciences or other regulated sectors.

• Skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

• Confident communicator able to influence and build relationships across functions and regions.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting.
