The Role
You will join a close-knit litigation team that currently includes a senior partner, a junior solicitor, a soon-to-qualify paralegal and a legal assistant. You will take on a varied and stimulating caseload of disputes, many with a property element, and have early access to leadership responsibilities. The role is designed with succession in mind, offering a clear route to head the department and ultimately join the equity.
What They Are Looking For

  Senior Litigation Solicitor with experience in civil and commercial disputes
• 
  Proven ability to develop client relationships and ideally some following or business development track record
• 
  Leadership skills and the ambition to take on a strategic, long-term role
• 
  Strong technical skills combined with a commercial, solutions-focused approach
