The Role:
You will join a down to earth and high performing Property Litigation team as a Senior Solicitor in the firm's Preston office.
You will undertake a broad range of commercial property disputes, including lease renewals, rent arrears, forfeitures, dilapidations etc. The team have a strong client base that is steadily growing, and you can expect a high level of client contact and responsibility.
As a Senior Solicitor, you will lead a small team of junior lawyers and oversee their work and development. This will allow you to develop the requisite skills needed to take the step toward partnership.

Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5+ PQE
- Experience across a range of commercial property disputes
- A drive to constantly develop yourself and achieve your potential
- Comfortable building internal and external relationships
- Able to lead, motivate and supervise a small team
