The role involves managing a full caseload of residential transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions, while ensuring clients receive expert legal advice throughout the process. The successful candidate will also lead a team of fee earners and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and fostering a collaborative team environment.
