The Role

• Manage a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, high-value London transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and secured lending.
• Act for a client base of HNW individuals, investors, and international clients.
• Work closely with experienced partners on complex matters while also taking ownership of client relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of the department and play a role in mentoring junior team members.

About You

• Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE.
• Experience across high-value and complex London transactions.
• Strong client-handling skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
