The Role

This opportunity is ideal for an Employment solicitor eager to handle a broad and stimulating mix of contentious and non-contentious work within the team's specialist Recruitment and Workforce solutions team.

Joining a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised Employment team, you'll deal with a wide range of employment law matters with an emphasis on recruitment law working with employers and recruiters of all sizes and handling director disputes, exit strategies and settlement agreements employment contracts and service agreements.

The team also deals with HR and advisory work with involvement in complex strategic projects, high-value tribunal claims, TUPE transfers, data protection issues, complex discrimination cases, post termination obligations, IR35 and general recruitment issues arising from using and supplying temporary workers and contractors.

You'll be advising an impressive roster of major clients, including large-scale, high-profile organisations, which ensures a challenging and rewarding workload. The role provides a fantastic platform to sharpen your expertise across the full spectrum of employment law.
