The Role:

As a senior member of the Court of Protection team, you'll manage complex, high-value financial matters for clients who lack capacity - including large damages awards and property decisions under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

You'll work closely with professional deputies, help mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to client development and team strategy.

The Candidate:

• 5+ PQE solicitor with strong Court of Protection experience
• Confident managing complex financial and property matters
• Empathetic, commercially aware, and team-focused
• Comfortable supervising junior colleagues
• Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 essential
