Based in Edinburgh, this is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded, litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to work alongside leading practitioners on a broad range of high-value disputes for clients across the private and public sectors.

Role
This Top 100 firm is seeking a skilled and driven Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a top-tier Commercial Disputes team, widely recognised for its depth of expertise, commercial acumen and successful track record in complex, high-stakes litigation.

The department is home to market-leading litigators and respected dispute resolution specialists, offering a collaborative environment in their modern Edinburgh office.

You will work across a wide spectrum of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, from shareholder and partnership disputes to contractual claims, professional negligence, corporate recovery and cross-border litigation.

The team acts for a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, public sector bodies, national institutions and large corporations.

This role presents a real opportunity to handle challenging, high-value work within a supportive team culture that actively encourages professional growth and strategic thinking.

Your Experience

• 3+ years' PQE with relevant Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution.
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload, with experience handling contentious commercial matters in court and through alternative dispute resolution.
• Exceptional drafting and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• A client-focused approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident in advising a wide range of clients, from private individuals to institutional and corporate entities.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
