Candidate
Ideally, you will have a broad range of corporate finance and transactions experience and a minimum of four years experience in the Corporate sector.

With a real focus on helping businesses grow and their corporate transactions, this firm has an array of national and international clients. A real benefit of this job is the varied workload, keeping your days interesting and engaging.

You will be expected to carry out a range of complex Corporate matters including:

• Range of mergers and acquisitions
• Scale-ups
• Funding
• Commercial contracts
• Equity investments
• Restructuring
