The Role
Joining a highly regarded L500 team in Glasgow, where you will take responsibility for your own caseload while working closely with Senior Lawyers on complex, high-profile cases.

You'll have the autonomy to develop your skills and client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and approachable leadership team.

Your work will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL and disease claims
• Conducting detailed investigations, assessing liability and preparing robust defences
• Liaising effectively with clients, opposing solicitors, witnesses and courts
• Advising on all aspects of personal injury litigation and insurance law
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims
• Assisting with client development, training sessions, and networking events

This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Insurance Litigation and play a key role within one of Scotland's most respected legal teams.

Your Experience

• NQ-3 years' PQE with experience in Insurance Litigation or Personal Injury (Pursuer or Defender)
• Proven ability to manage EL/PL claims; exposure to motor, fraud, or disease cases is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Scottish Court procedures, including the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
• Excellent case management, organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
• A genuine team player who also thrives with autonomy and client contact
