Role
A standout opportunity for a Managing Associate to join a Real Estate, Top 50 national firm in their growing Glasgow office.
Looking to expand the Scottish office, you'll play a pivotal role in the leadership of the team, alongside managing complex and high-value cross-border transactions for a sophisticated client base, including FTSE 100 companies, global brands and institutional investors.
In this role, you will manage your own caseload and client relationship responsibilities and ensure you are helping to shape the team's long-term growth in the overall UK market while maintaining hands-on involvement in premium Real Estate matters.
Your Experience
- 8+ years' PQE in Real Estate
- Demonstrated experience running complex Real Estate transactions independently
- Proven leadership skills, comfortable supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team development
- Commercially astute with strong client-handling ability
- A strategic thinker with the ambition to play a key role in building a market-leading team in Scotland
