Professional Support Lawyer (Real Estate)

Candidate

Some key responsibility for you, as a PSL, will be to provide in-depth, top quality market knowledge, while having the ability to share this with your team in a direct and efficient manner. Your work will always impact client services, so providing high quality research is key to being successful in this role.

Your main duties will include:

• Keeping up to date on market trends and research.
• Controlling online content and business development material for the department's online presence
• Work collaboratively with your team to move forward and strategise on the best methods to win and retain clients
• Account management for all clients, making sure team members are aware of any updates.
• Supporting the creation and execution of technical property contracts
• Working to train all members of the department, equipping them to manage changing requirements in the property industry.
• Be a point of contact for the business development team, generating new ideas and gathering those from colleagues within your team.
