Role
You will join a L500 Tier 1-ranked team and assist in advising on the financing and refinancing of major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and internationally.

From day one, you'll work closely with clients including global banks, developers, private equity houses and energy companies, supporting transactions that often involve complex, cross-border elements.

You'll be expected to collaborate across departments, particularly with colleagues in Projects, Corporate and General Banking, to provide a seamless service on every deal.

This role offers a solid foundation for an NQ-2 Project Finance Solicitor to develop expert sector knowledge and accelerate their career in the Project Finance practice.

Your Experience

• NQ-2 PQE solicitor with a strong interest or experience in Project Finance
• A keen interest in project finance, infrastructure or energy-related work
• Commercially astute, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Eager to learn, take on early responsibility and build strong client relationships
