A leading international law firm is seeking a skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join its high-performing, L500-recognised Real Estate team based in Edinburgh.
You will join a globally-connected practice with a strong reputation across all real estate sectors, including development, infrastructure, investments, acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and finance.
In this role, you will manage a variety of transactions for both UK-based and international clients, spanning industries like infrastructure, retail, financial services and hospitality. The work will involve high-quality matters, with regular client contact, where you'll provide clear, solutions-focused advice in a fast-paced, proactive environment.

Your Experience
- Strong experience in handling complex real estate, development and infrastructure projects
- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams, including planning and construction
- Confidence in drafting and negotiating real estate documentation, such as sale/purchase contracts, agreements for lease, easements and licenses
- Familiarity with real estate due diligence processes, including title reviews and reports
- Background in portfolio and asset management work, including leasing matters and landlord/tenant advice
- Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver client-focused legal solutions in a responsive and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills, a strong team ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
