Role
A well established Scottish Law firm is seeking a Solicitor with 3-6 years of PQE to join their Real Estate Team in Edinburgh. The role involves a mix of commercial real estate work with a particular focus on property telecoms.

Responsibilities include managing clients portfolios of telecoms sites, acquiring additional sites and working on large-scale, project-specific site acquisitions. The role includes direct client contact and client management.

In addition, the role covers property investment transactions such as sales and purchases of assets, commercial leasing for landlords, property finance work, primarily acting for lenders and commercial leasing for tenant occupiers.

The successful candidate will manage transactions autonomously from start to finish, including drafting documents, liaising with other firms and maintaining client relationships. Strong organisational skills are essential to handle a significant volume of work, often to tight deadlines.

You will join a small but supportive team with access to colleagues experienced in various property practice areas, including property litigation.

Your Experience

• 3 to 6 years of relevant Real Estate.
• Some experience or exposure to property telecoms work would be beneficial.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple matters efficiently.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience drafting and negotiating property transaction documents.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of cases.
