This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join one of Scotland's most highly regarded property teams, based in Glasgow.

You'll manage your own caseload of residential transactions, handling sales, purchases and remortgages while working closely with solicitors, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth, timely completions.

From examining titles and drafting documentation to guiding clients through the process, you'll play a key role in delivering a proactive, client-focused service.

You'll benefit from ongoing mentorship, exposure to complex and high-quality work and a clear development pathway within a firm that values long-term career growth.

Your Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of Conveyancing experience or demonstrate a real passion to join the sector
• Strong administrative, organisational and file management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional and client-friendly manner
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
