Role
Upon joining this well-established and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team, you'll play a key role in supporting solicitors across a wide range of Conveyancing transactions. This includes handling residential property sales and purchases, as well as remortgages and estate agency matters.

The team acts for a broad mix of clients, including individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers, meaning you have exposure to a range of clientele and diverse caseload.

You'll be involved in supporting these transactions from start to finish, working closely with colleagues across the firm's office network to deliver a seamless service across Scotland.

This role will involve regular client contact, ensuring you maintain accurate file records, preparing and submitting offers and ensuring all work complies with regulatory and firm-wide standards.

Your Experience

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases, from initial instruction to completion.
  • Support a diverse client base, including individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple office locations to deliver seamless, nationwide service.
  • Maintain accurate records, draft documentation, submit offers and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, providing clear and professional communication.
  • Play a key role in driving excellent client outcomes and building long-term relationships through a proactive and personable approach.
  • Previous experience in the Residential Conveyancing practice area is required.
